I am at the beginner/intermediate level. Which program option is right for me?

All of our program options include access to our comprehensives, step-by-step tutorials covering everything you need to take your skills to the next level.What sets FLEX-ED apart from any other program out there is the abundant access to live, expert coaching. With over 60, live classes a week to choose from, you can get your questions answered literally any day of the week. To find your perfect fit, we invite you to consider your goals, why they are important to you, and the time you are willing to dedicate to reaching them. Remember, every journey is unique, and we're committed to supporting you every step of the way.

Do I need to have prior experience?

No prior experience is necessary in order to participate in our programs. Our coaches are phenomenal at breaking down skills and exercises into easy to follow steps and are able to provide modifications when necessary. (Just a warning... it's quite addicting!)Our programs are designed to cater to all levels, from absolute beginners to experienced practitioners.Whether you're stepping into the world of handstands and flexibility for the first time or seeking to refine advanced skills, our expert coaches will provide guidance and support tailored to your individual needs. How frequently should I attend classes?

We recommend attending our classes at a frequency that aligns with your schedule and goals.Consistency is key to seeing progress, so we suggest aiming for at least 2-3 classes per week, with the majority of our students attending between 3-6 classes per week.This will allow you to build a solid foundation, improve your skills, and see noticeable changes in your flexibility and handstand practice.However, we understand that life can get busy, so it's important to find a balance that works for you.Our classes are designed to be flexible, with both live sessions and on-demand content available.This means you can customize your training schedule based on your availability.The more you engage with our classes, the faster you'll see results and achieve things you never dreamed to be possible!

What equipment do I need?

Handstand Practice:

Clear Wall and Floor Space: Vital for safe handstand training.

Handstand Blocks (Advanced): For those progressing to one-handed  handstands. We offer these blocks for purchase.

Flexibility Training:

Yoga Blocks, Foam Roller, Lacrosse Ball: These aids enhance your flexibility practice.

Resistance Bands: A valuable tool for targeted stretching and conditioning.

Yoga Mat: Provides comfort during flexibility exercises.

Strap: Useful for deeper stretches and enhancing mobility.

Video Submissions:

Camera Device: Smartphone, tablet, or computer for recording your practice sessions.

Tripods or Stable Surfaces: Position your device for clear video capture.

Class Participation:

Laptop: Recommended for optimal class experience.

Phone Filming: Ability to film yourself with your phone for video submissions.By having these resources at your disposal, you'll be fully prepared to engage in our comprehensive program.

I've never done online training. Won't I need a spot?

Your concern is completely understandable, and safety is our utmost priority.

FLEX-ED was designed with a gradual progression in mind.

You'll start with foundational exercises and gradually build up to more advanced skills, giving your body time to adapt and develop the necessary strength and control.

The entire online coaching program was built around training from the comfort of your own home.

Our expert coaches provide detailed instructions and demonstrations to guide you through each skill.

They'll ensure you understand the proper techniques and progressions, and are highly experienced with giving constructive feedback that will ensure you are training efficiently and effectively. 

Am I too old to start this program?

Absolutely not!

Age is not a limitation when it comes to embarking on your handstand and flexibility journey with FLEX-ED.

Our program is designed to accommodate individuals of various ages and fitness levels.

In fact, many of our students begin their practice in their late 30s, and beyond.

Flexibility and strength are attainable goals at any age, and our expert coaches are skilled at tailoring guidance to match your individual capabilities and aspirations.

Whether you're a complete beginner or someone with prior experience, our supportive community and personalized coaching will empower you to make meaningful progress.

Is this program appropriate for kids?

Currently, our FLEX-ED program is designed for adults and is tailored to individuals 16 and older.

The classes are structured to accommodate the physical abilities and goals of adults, focusing on building flexibility, strength, hand-balancing, and contortion skills.

However, we're exploring the possibility of offering specialized programs for younger participants in the future.

If you're interested in enrolling a child or teen, we recommend staying tuned for updates or reaching out to us directly.

We're here to assist and provide guidance on the best options for your specific needs.

Do you offer in-person coaching?

Yes, we are excited to offer in-person coaching opportunities as an extension of our comprehensive online program.

Throughout the year, we organize in-person workshops, intensives, and retreats at various locations.

These events provide a unique chance for you to experience hands-on coaching, personalized guidance, and immersive learning in a supportive and focused environment.

What if I miss a class?

Life happens, and we understand that scheduling conflicts can arise. If you miss a live class within our FLEX-ED program, there's no need to worry.

We've designed our program with flexibility in mind, and we offer several solutions to ensure you don't miss out on your training:

Flexible Class Usage: The classes included in your package are cumulative.

For example, if you have a monthly membership that includes 2x a week follow along classes, and you miss a class, you can use it the following week.

This flexibility allows you to use your allocated classes however you'd like throughout the month.

Class Variety: With over 50 live classes per week, there's a wide range of options to choose from.

If you miss one class, you can easily join another that fits your schedule.

Class Replays: All live classes are recorded, and the replays are available for you to access at your convenience.

This means you can catch up on the class you missed whenever it suits your schedule.
