You'll explore foundational inversions like headstands, forearm stands, and arm balances, with plenty of support and coaching.

You'll also learn how to kick up and safely cartwheel out of your handstand, so the wall becomes a tool, not a crutch.

Is standing on 2 hands a piece of cake?

This small-group class is for students seriously training toward or currently working on one-handed handstands.

You'll refine your technique with body weight shifts, shape transitions, and endurance-building exercises.

Prerequisites include:

Calisthenics

In this class, we focus on skill-based strength training.

Get you closer to advanced goals like press handstands, levers, planches, muscle-ups, flags, pistol squats, and handstand push-ups.

Rather than generic conditioning, you'll train with purpose, breaking down strength elements into bite-sized drills that stack over time.

This is goal-driven strength work for movers who want to level up.

Intro to Handstands — Beginner

You’ll learn to kick up to the wall and bail out safely, so you can ditch the wall for good!

Handstand Shapes — Intermediate

Fight for balance away from the wall, nail controlled kick-ups, and explore shapes & transitions.

Press Handstands — Advanced

Break down jumping & standing entries, tuck/straddle presses, sitting presses, and more.

Each class is led by a skilled coach who walks you through drills and skill progressions step-by-step. You’ll get personalized feedback, real-time corrections, and answers to your questions as you move.

Q: How is this different from watching tutorial videos?

Tutorials gives you the what. The live classes teach you the how. It’s one thing to understand a concept, it’s another to apply it while being coached in the moment.

Q: What skill level do I need to have in order to attend the live classes?

We offer a variety of class levels so you can choose the one that best fits your current experience.

Once you're in class, our coaches provide modifications, progressions, and feedback in real-time—so no matter where you're starting from, you'll have a path forward. You don’t need to be perfect; you just need to show up.

Q: Will the classes help me actually hold my handstands longer?

Yes! These classes are designed to help you build strength, control, body awareness, and actually fight for the balance all the things you need to hold your handstand with more consistency and confidence.

Q: How long are the classes and what equipment do I need?

Our classes are 60 minutes long. You just need some wall space, a mat or floor space, and your phone or laptop to join. Optional (but helpful) props include:

Yoga blocks (great for support & progressions)

A foam roller (for mobility & warm-up)

A long looped resistance band (for shoulder prep & strength drills)
