Not at all! We have specific tracks for complete beginners through advanced practitioners. We will help guide you to joining the classes that are most suitable for your level. All you need is an open mind and willingness to learn.

What classes should I sign up for?

Once you sign up, our team will be in touch to help you choose the right classes to fit your goals. Inside of the live classes, our coaches will modify the drills and exercises to fit your needs and current skill level.

What equipment do I need?

Just wall space and firm flooring to start. Yoga blocks, resistance bands, and a foam roller are helpful but not required.

How do the live classes work with my schedule?
