Most online handstand courses offer one or two group classes a week — with 50 to 100 students crammed into each one. You're lucky if the coach even knows your name.
We built FLEX-ED the opposite way.
70+ classes every week. Specific classes for beginners, intermediate, and advanced skills — so you're always training at the right level.
And we keep every class between 10 and 25 students max. Most sessions have 10 to 15 people. That means your coach isn't scanning a grid of 80 tiny squares hoping to spot your form. They're watching you, correcting you, and giving you feedback that's specific to your body.
That's why our students don't just have one breakthrough and plateau again. The structured progression of classes and the live coaching format means breakthroughs keep happening — week after week, month after month.

The only people this isn't for are those who aren't open to receiving coaching. If you want to be guided, we've got you.
We offer 70+ live class times every week — mornings, afternoons, and evenings across multiple time zones. You choose the sessions that fit your life.
The program is built around two live classes per week. It works like a punch card — if you can only make one class one week, you can attend three the next. Flexibility is built in.
You're not joining live classes every single day. The program includes on-demand content and class replays in addition to your live Zoom sessions. Your coaches guide you on which on-demand trainings to use between classes so you're training effectively on your own time too.
Classes are kept intentionally small so your coach can actually see you, give individual corrections, and call out what's specifically happening in your practice. This isn't a 200-person webinar. It's real coaching — and you will be seen.
YouTube can't see your alignment, catch your compensations, or give you the exact cue your body needs right now. Live coaching can. That's the entire difference — and for most students, it's the only difference between years of frustration and a genuine breakthrough.
No — FLEX-ED is a well-rounded program. You also get flexibility classes (including splits boot camp and shoulder/back routines), calisthenics, and strength sessions. Splits flexibility directly improves your presses and compression. Shoulder mobility unlocks deeper tucks and cleaner lines. Strength work builds injury prevention and the pulling/leg work your body needs to balance all the pushing. It's all designed to work together.
The one thing you absolutely need is clear wall space and enough room to move — you cannot train handstands without space to train handstands. Beyond that, you'll need a laptop or phone and an internet connection to join classes.
We have additional equipment recommendations that are useful but not required. You'll get those after enrollment.

Here's what we've seen: once students start experiencing real progress with live coaching, they fall in love with what they're able to do. The majority continue training with us — many for 2+ years. We'll talk about options with zero pressure.
No. Your enrollment covers the full 30-day program. Any continuation after that is entirely your choice.
Yes — and this is important: FLEX-ED is 100% Zoom-based coaching. This is not a studio class with a Zoom link tacked on. Your coach is watching you live on screen, giving corrections in real time, specific to your body. Most students say the online feedback is more targeted than anything they've received in person.
Totally normal. You're not performing — you're there to be coached, not judged. Our coaches are direct, kind, and patient. Most people are surprised by how comfortable it feels within minutes.
After enrollment, you'll complete a skill assessment and intake survey. Based on your answers, we match you to the right classes for your level and guide you from day one.
We stand behind this program because we know it works. We do everything we can to help each student succeed. But the program can't work if you don't use it.
To be eligible for a refund, you must attend all 8 live classes and follow your personalized training plan. If after doing all of that you genuinely feel you didn't progress, we'll refund your enrollment in full. We require full participation because the first class often comes with nerves — it takes a few sessions to fully embrace the process.
We're not expecting you to show up and be good at anything. We're here to meet you where you are and take you where you're hoping to go.
