Let's be honest… those random 3-second holds just aren't cutting it anymore.
You want more.
Consistent kick-ups. Clean shapes. Smooth transitions. Strong, controlled entries… maybe even presses.
A handstand that actually feels reliable, anytime, anywhere.
You don't just want to do handstands anymore.
You want to MASTER them.
For students ready to move beyond "just getting up" into real control and consistency
90-Second Overview
You're scrolling through Instagram right now.
Liking posts. Saving posts. Watching people do things you wish you could do.
What if that flipped?
What if people were saving your posts?
There's a part of you, and you don't have to admit it out loud, that would love nothing more than to scroll through a comment section full of "OMG you are an absolute badass."
We joke about it in class. Do it for the GRAM.
But underneath that joke? It's real.
Because what you actually want is to feel like your hard work is paying off. To aim at something that scared you a little, put in the work, and actually get there.
That's what mastering a handstand means.
It's not just a skill. It's scroll-stopping. It's proof. It's the physical embodiment of "I said I would and I did."
You're challenged. You're progressing.
And somewhere along the way, it clicks.
Arms lock. Something shifts.
And what felt completely impossible?
Suddenly becomes yours.
Not because it was easy.
Because you showed up anyway. Again and again. Until one day you didn't just wish you could do it.
You just did. And you looked damn good doing it.
Build a handstand that actually holds.
When you started, your goal was simple:
Get upside down.
Maybe hold it for a few seconds.
And you did that.
But now?
That’s not enough anymore.
Now…
You’re trying to master them.
And that’s a completely different level of skill.
You’re kicking up over and over…
Randomly catching balance with no rhyme or reason
You know what a good handstand should look like…
but your alignment is off and you don’t know how to fix it
You try to connect different shapes…
but everything feels wobbly and out of control
Press handstands feel impossibly heavy…
and you have no idea if you're even close or lightyears away
Some days it feels like things are clicking…
then the next session feels like you’re back at square one
Maybe it’s just me…but pouring hours into something and not improving?
Yeah… not exactly my idea of a good time.
You’re trying to master advanced skills…using beginner-level methods.
The way you learned to kick up?
That’s not going to get you to consistency, control, or your press.
At this level:
Technique matters more
Details matter more
Your body-specific limitations matter more
And without the right feedback?
You can spend months… even years…
working hard and going nowhere.
Or worse…
Building habits that pull you further away from your goals.
You're busy.
You've got work, responsibilities, a life.
You don't have unlimited time to:
test random drills
analyze your own videos
guess your way through training
Could you figure it out on your own?
Maybe.
But at what cost?
How much time…
how much frustration…
how much energy are you willing to burn?
Or…
Do you want to train efficiently and actually move forward?
Skip the guesswork — train with structure, feedback, and a clear path forward.
01
Every rep is a gamble.
Sometimes you catch it.
Most times you don’t.
And you have no idea why.
02
You don’t know what you don’t know.
You can see something is off…
but you don’t know how to fix it.
You’re missing the expert eye.
03
You’re not learning handstands anymore.
You’re trying to master them.
And that requires a completely different level of training.
You just need to work smarter.
You need:
A plan built for your body
Expert eyes on your form
Clear corrections you can actually apply
A structure that keeps you consistent
A training environment you actually enjoy showing up to
Because when those things are in place?
Progress becomes inevitable.
How FLEX-ED Works
Every step is personalized, because every body is different.
Step 01
Before your first class, we learn your training history and where you're stuck.
Step 02
Small groups. Expert coaches watching you on screen. Real-time corrections.
70+ class times per week. You train when it fits your life.
Step 03
You want more than a straight handstand. You want to hold longer, change shape, press up, make it look good.
That requires shoulder flexibility, splits, compression, and strength. All trained live.
Step 04
Post clips. Get coach feedback. Ask questions anytime.
And yes, we notice when you're not showing up.
Step 05
Students who show up excited. Who post breakthroughs in the group. Who celebrate each other's wins.
I had been terrified of attempting my handstand away from the wall. After just a few live classes, the coaches helped me conquer my fear of falling. Now? I'm doing handstands wherever I want.

Meet Your Head Coach
I'm a former rhythmic gymnast turned professional circus acrobat. For 15+ years, I've coached students of all ages, including many who'd never been athletic, flexible, or coordinated a day in their lives.
Until 2020, all of that coaching happened in person.
Then the pandemic sent everything to a screeching halt.
The students I worked with on Zoom weren't learning slower than my in-person students.
They were learning faster.
Not because Zoom is magic. But because the format forced me to do something I'd never fully done before: give every student personalized feedback, every class, tailored to their body and their block.
No more "everyone do the same drill for 2 minutes." Every cue, every correction, every progression, built for one specific person at a time.
That became the FLEX-ED method.

Students Doing The Work
Who This Is For
This is for you if
Half our students start thinking they're not ready. We'll tell you exactly what to build, and in what order.
Flexibility is trained, not born. We have entire classes dedicated to the splits, shoulders, and compression work that unlocks new skills.
Most of our students have. The difference is live coaching, seeing what you are actually doing on camera, in real time.
You're not performing. You're being coached. Most people are surprised by how comfortable it feels within a few minutes.
You're in your 40s, 50s, 60s, or 70s
"I couldn't even get into these poses a year ago. PS, I'm 50+ years old."
— Kristen Magni, FLEX-ED Student
This is NOT for you if
That's it. If you're willing to show up, we've got you.
Meet the Team
Our coaches don't just tell you what you're doing wrong. They show you exactly how to fix it.
You probably already know your back is arching. That's not the hard part. The hard part is knowing what to do about it.
2,000+ Students. Real Results.
Unedited. Unprompted. From real FLEX-ED students who showed up and stuck around.

Why Online Works Better
Most online handstand courses run 1 or 2 classes a week with 50 to 100 students crammed in.
You're lucky if the coach knows your name.
We built FLEX-ED the opposite way.
70+
classes every week
Always the right level.
10–15
students per class (in most classes)
Your coach sees you.
"I wish I had found this program years ago. It would have saved me so much time, energy, and frustration."
— Beth Wichman
Frequently Asked
You'll get an intake survey to tell us about your practice, goals, and where you're stuck. Based on your answers, we build your personalized roadmap and match you to the right classes for your level.
Then you book your first session from 70+ weekly class times and hop on Zoom.
Tutorials and on-demand courses give you the same drills that every other student sees. They can't tell you what your body needs. They can't see your compensations. They can't give you the specific correction that unlocks your breakthrough.
FLEX-ED gives you live coaches watching you on screen, in real time, every session.
With 70+ class times per week, you'll find sessions that fit your schedule. Every class is also recorded, so you can review what you worked on afterward.
That said, the live coaching is the whole point. Our most successful students commit to attending the live sessions consistently.
All you really need is a laptop or phone, a bit of floor space, and a wall to start with. We recommend a yoga mat and eventually a pair of parallettes, but you can get started with almost nothing.
You'll also receive our Recommended Equipment Guide as a bonus, so you know exactly what's worth investing in as you progress.
You're welcome, but this program is specifically designed for students who have some foundation and have hit a plateau.
If you're a total beginner, reach out to us at [email protected] and we'll recommend the right starting point within our broader program.
Attend all 8 live classes. Follow your personalized plan. If you genuinely don't progress, we refund you in full.
We require participation because the first class always comes with nerves. We need you in the process to deliver the results we know are possible.
You'll have a 1-on-1 Post-Program Consultation with Shelly to review your progress and map what's next. Many students continue training with us long-term.
But there's no long-term contract. You can cancel anytime after the 30 days, and you'll keep all the replays and resources.
The Choice You're Actually Making
You have two paths in front of you. The difference between them is just 30 days of live coaching.
Path One
Another year of kicking up in your living room hoping it sticks.
Another year of the same YouTube drills that haven't worked yet.
Another year of watching other people post breakthroughs while you stay exactly where you are.
Path Two
You've left the wall. You're holding longer. You see the press.
You know exactly what to train, when to train it, and why.
You've stopped guessing. You're training with a plan that's actually working.
The plateau isn't going to fix itself. It never does.
You’re already putting in the work.
Now it’s time to make that work actually count.
