Do I need experience to start?

Not at all! We have specific tracks for complete beginners through advanced practitioners. We will help guide you to joining the classes that are most suitable for your level. All you need is an open mind and willingness to learn.

What classes should I sign up for?

Once you sign up, our team will be in touch to help you choose the right classes to fit your goals. Inside of the live classes, our coaches will modify the drills and exercises to fit your needs and current skill level.

What equipment do I need?

Just wall space and firm flooring to start. Yoga blocks, resistance bands, and a foam roller are helpful but not required.

How do the live classes work with my schedule?

We get it. Life get's busy! That's why we offer over 60 live classes each week from 8am-9pm ET, ranging from beginner to advanced levels and covering everything from handstands, flexibility, strength training and more. (Scroll up to see the full schedule and description of classes)

How many students are in the classes?

We strongly believe that in order to make consistent progress and experience real results, you need custom coaching and personalized feedback. That is why we keep our classes small, so that each session attend, you are guaranteed to receive individualized cues and get your questions answered.

What if I want to continue training after this first month?

We offer a variety of custom training options to help you reach your goals and accommodate your training needs. Our goal is to help make high quality, personalized coaching accessible to everyone.
